In 2022, Ukraine's foreign minister Dymtro Kuleba said, "Every barrel of Russian oil delivered to India has a good portion of Ukrainian blood in it". Today he is visiting India for the first time at the invitation of Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar to discuss possible ways of cooperation between the two countries.
