INGREDIENT LIST: (2 to 3 servings)

To cook Rice:
1 Cup Basmati Rice (200g) - washed & drained well
1 +1/2 Cup Water
1 teaspoon oil (OPTIONAL) - this is to prevent rice from sticking to each other

OR 3 Cups of Cooked Rice - firmly packed

Sauce:
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup OR Honey OR 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Other Ingredients :
2 to 3 Tablespoon Oil
1 Cup Onion (125g approx.)
1/2 Tablespoon Minced or Grated Ginger OR to taste
1/2 Tablespoon Minced or Grated Garlic OR to taste
Mushrooms (500g approx.)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt OR to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Cup Chopped Green Onion
