On Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 1 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time, watch the special Longevity Fireside Chat, where U.S. Transhumanist Party Chairman Gennady Stolyarov II interviews Mark Hamalainen of the Longevity Biotech Fellowship and Anastasia Egorova of Open Longevity from their Longevity Lodge in Kingsbury, Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The wide-ranging and candid conversation addresses how to draw talent to the longevity field, challenges and bottlenecks that the field faces, why a shortage of funding continues to exist, some promising approaches that may enable longevity escape velocity to be achieved in our lifetimes, and the importance of everyone who cares about this cause to do more. The progress of the Longevity Biotech Fellowship since its initial Longevity Summer Camp in July 2022, as well as the endeavors of Open Longevity in the aftermath of the “Say Forever!” campaign are also discussed.
