Battle over MK Party logo: Does the ANC have a case?

Judgment has been reserved in the ANC's case over the use of the Umkhonto weSizwe name and logo. The governing party wants the High Court in Durban to stop the MK Party from using the name and logo linked to its former armed wing. The ANC failed in its bid to have the party deregistered and removed from May's ballot. The ANC believes that there has been an infringement of its trademark.
