was issued and a petition was launched by a number of scholars, intellectuals, Muslim Dawah leaders and media personalities to address the unfortunate practices carried out by the Social Affairs Department in Sweden “Sociale”, including the abduction and displacement of children away from their families: in the Swedish population in general and immigrant communities in particular.

Instead of addressing these serious concerns, the Swedish government has attempted to intimidate the families and distort the media accounts. Examples below:
