One of the most brutal and horrible videos online has become known to the world as 3 guys 1 hammer, but who would commit and film such a vicious act? The video shows a man being struck with a hammer then savaged with a screwdriver in a wooded area. The background of the attack makes it even more gut wrenching. It was just just one in a series of crimes perpetrated by 2 young men in Dnepropetrosk, Ukraine's 4th largest city over less than a month in 2007. Viktor Sayenko and Igor Suprunyuk’s rampage would claim 21 lives. Their criminal behavior had been escalating for years supposedly as a bizarre method of overcoming their fears. But the truth is more likely that they were weak people lashing out to feel less helpless and pathetic. They would typically bludgeon their victims with a hammer or metal pipe then in some cases gouge their eyes out recording some of these horrific and sadistic acts of violence. They were caught when a cell phone stolen from a victim was reported to police by a pawn shop and sentenced to life in prison.
