Unedited bodycam video of Allen Skillicorn confronting sign thief, who is a town employee. Many anti tax hike signs were being stolen and vandalized, so Skillicorn put trackers in certain locations. The confusing and unconstitutional Fountain Hills sign ordinance has been rewritten since this video was taken last year. Allen Skillicorn is a conservative town councilman and activist. Skillicorn will continue sticking up for the little guy!
