Ingredients and recipe for soft rolls:
Today we are going to make super soft scones for tea or coffee with jam.
These rolls turn out really nice and tasty!
Make sure you look to the end!
Boil 200 ml of warm milk.
Add 40 g of sugar.
Add 10 g fresh yeast (3-4 g dry yeast).
Mix well.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Add 1 medium egg.
Mix everything well.
Add +/- 400 g of flour.
Mix everything well.
Knead with your hands.
Put 50 g butter in the batter.
Knead with your hands until the dough is smooth (about 10 minutes).
The dough turns out very soft.
Cover and leave to stand in a warm place for about 1 hour.
This is my favorite moment :).
I am ready to knead this dough every day to get this moment !!! :) !!!
Divide the dough into 9 pieces.
Shape the dough into balls and cover with a towel.
I have strawberry jam.
Roll out the dough as I'll show you.
Put 1 tablespoon of jam on each serving.
Roll up the dough as shown.
Cover with a towel and let stand for 10 minutes.
Brush with warm milk.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 18 minutes.
All done!
You can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Thats very delicious!
