Would YOU Stay In This Tiny Cabin? Exploring Northeast Iceland! Hengifoss, Studlagil, and more!

We stayed in this tiny cabin in Northeast Iceland for 6 nights in early July of 2023. The cabin is located about 6 miles south of the town of Egilsstaðir.

We were fortunate enough to spend 3 months in Iceland after being selected to represent siggi’s Icelandic Yogurt as their “Chief Simplicity Offi-skyr” and it was an adventure of a lifetime.
