She says it is like a Bonding Program in which children are traumatized and then the handler comes in and acts like they are saving them from further trauma and comforting them.

In her case, they placed white electrode pads all over her body and she said she was basically electrocuted. She says the pain was horrifying and she urinated herself.

You have to keep in mind, these are very Young children. This is such an evil act to perform.

When she was being traumatized her keeper, who happened to be a Veterinarian, was instructed to comfort her by holding and hugging her.

She says the relief a child feels just from being held and hug while in a traumatic state forms an “unbelievable chemical bond.”

It wires a child’s brain into believing this is a guy that I must trust and follow around. It is even more profound than love itself, it is an obsessive dependence upon the keeper.

Teal says that she was OBSESSED with getting this mans approval for anything.
