Earthquake in New Jersey Felt Throughout Tri-State Area

04/05/2024 NBC New York: A magnitude 4.8 earthquake has hit New Jersey, people throughout the tri-state area all felt it. The earthquake was centered in Tewksbury, New Jersey, recorded at 10:23 this morning. And in a post-9-11 environment, immediately it sparks concerns amongst residents throughout the tri-state area. We've certainly felt strong tremors through the area over the years, but nothing quite as strong as this.
