Four alleged MS-13 gang members formally charged with murder

Four alleged MS-13 gang members 22-year-old Josue Diaz-Orellana; 24-year-old Luis Reyes-Castillo, aka “Molesto"; 19-year-old David Perez-Manchame, aka “Herbi” and “Walter Melendez”; and 20-year-old Miguel Torres-Escobar, all El Salvadoran nationals, are charged with assault with intent to commit murder, kidnapping, and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.
