It literally DOES NOT MATTER if there was a 'plan' or not during Trump's first term.
Plan or no plan, at this point the Deep State's sheer sweat-covered desperation to stop him - and us - can't be denied.

The more the Deep State tries to stop him, the more they have to come out into the light where we can all see them. And they don't like the light, it robs them of control, power and influence. They longer they're forced to stay in the light, the weaker they get.

And the stronger WE become.
