One man indicted in Schlitterbahn death case is outside the U.S.

One of the men indicted on murder charges in the death of 2016 10-year-old Caleb Schwab at Schlitterbahn water park is currently outside of the country. U.S. officials said they are in active talks with the foreign government to get John Schooley, the designer of the slide Schwab was killed on, back in the U.S. It's unclear which country Schooley is in.
