NBC26 Storm Shield Weather Forecast

Clouds will be on the increase tonight with a cold front sliding through the area. There's a slight chance of a sprinkle or flurry as it passes, but most of us shouldn't have much of an impact. Lows will bottom out in the low/mid-30s. Thursday, that front will be passing to our south in the morning. Again, if there's a stray morning sprinkle or flurry, don't be surprised, but most of us for most of the day will stay dry with increasing PM sunshine. Highs should top out in the mid/upper-40s behind the front. It will be cooler near the lake. Friday will feature increasing clouds with highs will topping out in the mid/upper-40s. Friday night going into Saturday, a system will be swinging on through. This may bring some rain or snow in spots, but it's still a little early to make any call on who would see what. Also, the weekend is looking quite cool for this time of year with highs only in the lower 30s for Easter Sunday.
