Russia strikes Zaporizhzhia, claims win in the east

Russia fired five missiles on Ukraine's southern city of Zaporizhzhia on Friday, killing at least three people and damaging several residential buildings, the regional governor said. In the eastern Donetsk region, Russia's defense ministry said its forces had taken control of Vodyane, the latest of several claimed advances by Russian forces since they took nearby Avdiivka in February.
