Let us explore a little known word, if known at all, which is the written oath, or jurescription. This concept is very simple, yet has been obfuscated into oblivion, put under other labels, and definitions, as well as purged from the ability to search. Nevertheless, jurescription is still a concept that permeates tradition and practice, despite the attempts to subvert its import. Those that practice the art of subversion of the law can be considered engaged in insurrection and treason. Eventually, those culpable must have justice done upon them. In fact, the practice of written oaths is a practical instrument to do it, hence all the effort to eliminate such a use.
