Toyota RAV4 Roof Rack Crossbar Key

Trying to adjust the crossbars on my 2018 Toyota RAV4 and I learned that you need a special key to do it.
Should be the same configuration for model years 2013 and up.
Toyota part number is PT278-42151-AD.
