Sleep paralysis is something that many people have experienced whether they are a Christian or not. Many try and dismiss it as just a naturally occurring and biological event due to certain external factors. While that may be true, I think that these events have far more to do with the supernatural realm and spiritual attacks rather than whether or not you are overtired from lack of sleep. In this video I dive into some of my own experiences and what I have done to combat them.
