HardGainer Spring Bulk Day 68 - My Heaviest Deadlift so Far! (Full Body Home Workout)

this is day 68 of the hardgainer spring bulk and today we got a Full body home Workout. in this video I also did my heaviest deadlift so far. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 163lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2800 calories. I try to get around 150-200 calories above that everyday to add 1-2lb a month. I hope you enjoy!
