Catching Early Spring Walleye and Sauger on Pool 4 with Blade Baits

I head out on Pool 4 of the Mississippi River with my best fishing buddy, Pete Wagner, in search of hungry walleye and sauger. We set up below Lock and Dam #3 near Red Wing, Minnesota and fish blade baits using a simple lift and drop retrieve.
