I Started Water Fasting At 355 lbs
One Of my brothers has deiced to share his weight loss transformation journey with us as he attempts to detox and reach his goal of 270lbs by his birthday in May. His starting weight is 352 his goal is 270 so that would be 82 lbs in 3 months Wow Can he do it? Lets put fasting to the test and see just how effective it can be.
