Sago pudding is at the heart of South-African desserts, cooked all over with its rich sago taste, sweetness and a dash of cinnamon brings it to life.
Ingredients:
Sago 1 cup
2 Cups cold water
5 tbsp sugar
1tsp cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
1 L Milk
Vanilla essence/ Caramel essence
1/4 tsp salt
