In an exclusive interview with Bloomberg News Editor-In-Chief John Micklethwait, Argentina’s Libertarian president Javier Milei backed off of his criticism on China, one of his country's largest trade partners and creditors. Just last year he described China as a "murderous regime." They spoke in Buenos Aires on April 4.
