US says Israel must 'maximize efforts' to protect civilians

Israel needs to make sure the population is protected from its strikes by "maximizing every effort to protect civilians", United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Friday (April 5), speaking alongside EU leaders in Belgium.
