Double standards | How western media reacts to death of foreigners and locals in Gaza

Mainstream media cry foul about 7 aid workers from the World Central Kitchen killed trying to provide relief in Gaza by an Israeli airstrike. But why all the uproar only now? You’d have to be from a different planet to think this was the first time a handful of civilians were killed by Israel.

However, most of the 7 dead aid workers had passports from Western countries. So, are the deaths of thousands of Palestinian civilians less important to the Western press?
