This is Otto, the English Bulldog/Basset Hound Mix. He is freaking hilarious. I mean - just look at him! A unique mutt, he brings a smile to literally everyone's face who passes him on the streets or views any of his many photos on his Instagram account @otto_thebullybasset. Did I mention he is an emotional support dog for one of his owner's who has a rare pediatric bone cancer? This dog is amazing.
