Ingredients for dough:

- All-purpose flour 2 cups
-Kalonji 1/2 tsp (nigella seeds)
-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak )
-Oil 2 tbsp
-Pani as required ( Water )

Ingredients for Filling:

-Chicken mince 500 grams
-Oil 4 -5 tbsp
-Red chili powder 1 tsp ( Lal Mirch )
-Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
-Roasted Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
-Dry Coriander powder 1 tsp ( Dhania powder)
-Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp ( Haldee )
-Ginger paste 1 tsp ( Adrak )
-Garlic paste 1 tsp ( Lehsun)
-Green chilies chopped 1/2 tbsp ( Hari Mirch )
-Fresh Coriander leaves ( Hara Dhania )
-Onion 1/4 cup chopped ( Pyaz )
-Cream 1/2 cup
-Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped ( Shimla Mirch )
-Carrot 1/2 cup chopped ( Gajar )
-Oil For frying

Directions for dough:

-Take a bowl add flour, salt, nigella seeds, oil and mix well.
-Add water as required and knead dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.
-In a pan heat oil, add onion and cook for 2 -4 mins.
-Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies chopped and cook for 2 mins.
-Add chicken mince and cook for 4 -7 minutes until it water dries out.
-Then add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric and cook for 2 -5 minutes.
-Then add carrot, capsicum mix well and cook for 2 -4 mins.
-In last add cream and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, then add fresh coriander mix well.
-And your filling is ready.
-Take the dough gives it chatai shape and fill it with chicken filling.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it until light golden brown.
Your chatai samosas are ready to serve.
