Time to END the UKRAINE war ?

The Ukraine-Russia war, sparked by historical disputes, escalated in 2014 after Ukraine's Orange Revolution and Russia's annexation of Crimea. This led to pro-Russian separatist movements in Donetsk and Luhansk, met with military responses from Ukraine. Despite international peace efforts like the Minsk agreements, the conflict persists, marked by sporadic violence and human rights abuses. The war, causing significant casualties and instability, remains a diplomatic challenge for resolving regional tensions. We express concern and hope for a negotiated settlement to end this two-year-long conflict, which has claimed hundreds of thousands of lives and continues to disrupt European stability.
