Recipe and ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal.
3 TBSP. Yogurt.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Provencal herbs.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 eggs.
1-2 tomatoes.
Mozzarella cheese.
Avocado oil.
Fry on both sides until done.
