Attorney License Voided

The concept of voiding a contract is old, but takes on a different context in terms of our new national dangers, or dangers to the human nation of people. In the interest of the national defense, or the security of our United States citizen nation, certain contracts were essentially voided under a Trump Era executive order, giving way to those of national defense. While a order can be repealed, the consequence to the voiding of contracts cannot. This is generally considered force majeure, or major force, and requires the drafting and forming of an entirely new contract. Enforcement of the voided contract is fraudulent, and criminal.
