Dragon Quest XI, playthrough part 34 (with commentary)

The Hero, Hendrik, Rab, and Sylvando head towards Hotto, on the way they stop by Gallopolis, as they can see a bright orb in the sky. They go to investigate to find that it is Erdwin's Lantern on a collision course with Gallopolis's capital city. Several people are fleeing the city and the kingdom. Some of closed themselves into their homes and hope for the best. Hendrik and Rab wish to investigate the going ons. The Hero can see a corrupted Tockle walking about. This distraction causes concern with Rab for the Hero. The Hero insists nothing is wrong. The party goes to see the sultan. Let me know what you think in the comments.
