VICTORY: Federal Court Shuts Down Government Effort To Dismiss

Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, there has been a new battle for the life of the unborn at the state level. Recently the ACLJ secured a victory for life in federal court in Kentucky fighting back against Louisville’s abortion buffer zone law. This law would’ve prohibited pro-life speakers and sidewalk counselors from getting within a certain distance of not just abortion clinics, but all healthcare facilities. The ACLJ was able to fight back against this and preserve the pro-life movement’s First Amendment rights.
