Smoking On a Pellet Grill in a Power Outage

I decided it was high time to test out both my Pit Boss Austin XL Pellet Grill and my Jackery Explorer 1000 solar generator in a real emergency-type situation. The test was to see if a pellet grill is a feasible alternative cooking option if there's no power. I wanted to know just how much electricity a pellet grill needs and if my Jackery could handle it, even for a long smoke.
Did I ruin Thanksgiving for my family? Or did a slay it?
Shoutout to Malcolm Reed. Thanks for the amazing guidance on smoking my turkey (and so many other things)! Here's the recipe I was following - https://howtobbqright.com/2021/11/04/butter-herb-smoked-turkey/
