New Lye Tank from Soapmelters.com has a stuck valve. Seeking advice

This soap maker is seeking to scale up production, and has run into a snag.
What to do with lye left in the tank, and a stuck dispensing valve? Glad I made a small batch for my first use of the tank.
This is a heated 14 Gallon, welded stainless steel tank but the valve seems not suited to purpose.
