Facts are often misused, disguised, hidden, misrepresented and even lied about. Facts are sometimes hard to discover and hard to come to terms. However, leaders are required to do diligent research and honest evaluation of the data and then apply the results even if they ruffle feathers. When the data is counter intuitive, counter productive, counter culture or simply not to our liking, leaders must devise strategies to change the cause of the data.”
