-Magnitsky was not a lawyer hired by Browder to look into "theft" of his companies, was in fact an accountant who had work for Browder for many years before the "theft"
- Using Russian documents from Browder's own website and translating correctly shows that Magnitsky did not go to police and accuse 2 police officers of fraud. The documents (which show no accusations) show that Magnitsky was called in for questioning BY POLICE in connection with a Tax Fraud of $230 Million.
- The police began to investigate because a woman employed by Browder went to the police and said a crime was being committed.
- Browder is accused of committing a Tax Fraud where false documentation was used to obtain a Tax Refund of $230 Million.
- 4 of Browders associates involved in setting up the tax fraud subsequently died in what appear to be murders.
- Browder says one thing and then denies it later
- Dates given by Browder don't match official records
- The correct translation of Russian documents supplied by Browder show no signs of head injuries on Magnitsky but Browder translation says Magnitsky died of head injury in prison.

Bottom line is it appears that Browder committed Tax Fraud and left Magnitsky to rot in prison. Perhaps in exchange for not investigating the fraud and letting him keep the money the US authorities asked Browder to create the myth of Magnitsky as a brave whistle blower?
