Balochi Tikka Biryani Recipe By Spice Bite | Eid Special Recipes

Ingredients:
Prepare Balochi Tikka Masala:
-Zeera 1 & 1/2 tbsp ( Cumin seeds )
-kali Mirch crushed 1 tbsp ( Black Pepper Corns )
-Sabut Dhania 1 & 1/2 tbsp ( Dry Coriander powder )
-Dhara Mirch 1 & 1/2 tbsp ( Red Chili Flakes )
-Garam Masala 1 tbsp
-Chaat Masala 1/2 tbsp
-Haldee powder 1/2 tsp ( Turmeric Powder )
-Namak 1 tsp ( Salt )
Prepare Balochi Tikka:
-Cooking oil 1/2 Cup
-Chicken mix boti 1 kg
-Water 1 & 1/2 Cup
-Falak Pink Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4 -6
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1/4 cup
-Falak Extreme Rice 750g
-Water as required ( pani )
-Hot water as required
-Laung (Cloves) 4 -6
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3
-Taz Patta 2 ( Bay Leaves )
-Namak1 tbs or to taste ( Salt )
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1/2 tbsp
-Choti Elaichi 2 -3 ( Green Cardamom )
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1/2 tsp
-Bari Elaichi 2 ( Black Cardamom )
-Laung 4 -5 ( Cloves )
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
-Pani 1/4 cup ( water )
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbsp
-Hari mirch (Green chili) paste 1 tbsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Falak Pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1/4 cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 3 tbsp

Directions For Cooking:
Prepare Balochi Tikka Masala:
-Take a frying pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds ,red chili flakes ,chaat masala, black pepper crushed ,garam masala powder fry it for 2 -3 mins on low flame .
-Let it cool then crushed well ( Don't make powder )
-Balochi tikka masala is ready!
Prepare Balochi Tikka:
-In a bowl add chicken boti add water and salt mix well and rest it for 10 -15 mins.
-In a wok ,add cooking oil, chicken, water ,ginger , garlic & mix well until it changes color, cover & cook on medium low flame for 4 -6 minutes until water dries .
-Add green chilies (slit) & mix well.
-Add 2 -3 tbsp of balochi tikka masala, lemon juice, fresh coriander ,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl, add rice ,water, wash thoroughly & soak for 1 hour then strain soaked rice & set aside.
-In hot water, add cloves ,cinnamon sticks ,star anise ,black cardamom ,green cardamom, Bay Leaves , salt, green chilies, cooking oil ,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add soaked rice, mix well & boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.
-Add yogurt whisk well then add balochi masala into it mix well and set aside.
-In a pot ,add cooking oil, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves & mix well.
-Add onion & fry until light golden then add water mix well.
-Add ginger garlic paste, green chili mix well and cook for 2 mins.
-Add spice yogurt & mix well.
-Add lemon juice salt, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander ,mint leaves, mix well & take out half quantity of gravy & reserve for layering.
-In remaining gravy, add balochi tikka pieces, fresh coriander ,mint leaves ,half quantity of boiled rice, reserved gravy, fresh coriander, mint leaves, remaining boiled rice, remaining balochi tikka & reserved balochi tikka masala ,fresh coriander fried onion ,cover & steam cook on low flame for 10 -15minutes.
-Serve with yogurt raita!
