Alamo Airguns Custom Build: 7.62mm Semi/Full Auto Air Rifle for Invasive Species Control

This .30 caliber PCP Airgun is called the western airguns sidewinder. It’s a semi/full auto rotary magazine-fed air rifle with a variable power/velocity knob and we tuned it to shoot 44.75gr .30 caliber JSB Hades. Hunting pellets at 890fps for a customer who will exclusively be eradicating invasive iguanas down in Florida.

We topped this build with a nice 5x30 Immersive Prism Scope from Element Optics to give a very wide field of view but with really good magnification and put a moderator out front to keep the noise very, very low and to reduce turbulent air behind the projectile.
