Illegal immigrant who told his audience how to squat in homes in the US is facing federal gun charge

JUST IN: Illegal immigrant who tells other illegals to squat in U.S. homes is facing potential federal gun charges according to the New York Post.

Internal federal documents say ICE is considering filing charges against Leonel Moreno.

In one of his Instagram posts, Moreno is touring around a gun store, checking out guns. He mentioned multiple times that "only us Americans" can get guns.

Last week, Moreno was arrested after not following the rules in the Alternatives to Detention program.

Moreno failed to appear at required check-ins.

The illegal immigrant is also allegedly under investigation for using his young daughter as a prop.
