Take oatmeal, carrot and apple! Healthy dessert in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour!

Ingredients:

150 g(1+1/2 cup) oat flakes
200 ml(~3/4 cup) milk/ or plant "milk"
leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
50 ml(1/4 cup) oil(coconut or other)
grind 100 g(1 cup) oat flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ripe banana
1 carrot(80 g)
1 apple
30 g(1/4 cup) nuts
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
