EFT - Emotional Freedom Tapping is a tool I've used for so many things in life that have resulted in more emotional resilience... here's why...

EFT is a method derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine, involving tapping meridian points in the body to release stagnant energy.

This practice helps in developing new neuro pathways in the brain by allowing you to state a fact, and then find acceptance in the fact.

This is one tapping pattern that gives you the freedom to reform your thoughts, heal ailments in the body, and promote less stress for better sleep.

Have you tried this before?

Here's how you choose your statement:

✨ Take note of what thought is circulating in your mind
✨ Create a factual statement about how you feel
✨ At the end of that statement, say, "I love and accept myself" or "I accept and trust the process".

For example: If you struggle with a fear of rejection your statement would look something like ...

"Though I feel rejected, I love and accept myself."

By the time you reach the end of the tapping, you're feeling more at ease and less triggered from your rejection experience.
