Is Ohio State Football's CJ Stroud a Top-5 Quarterback in the NFL?

The Houston Texans have broke the internet with their latest trade: acquiring star WR Stefon Diggs from the Buffalo Bills. The Texans are now loaded with skill positions, as they currently have Joe Mixon, Tank Dell, and Nico Collins to go along with Diggs. With all of these weapons, and already coming off a tremendous rookie season that included a playoff victory, is former Ohio State QB CJ Stroud now in line to become the next ELITE QB in the NFL?
