Detroit police say two people have come forward identifying themselves as the parents of two young children found in a hotel room overnight. According to police, they were found around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Cranbrook House Motel near 8 Mile and the Lodge Freeway. Police said they are investigating and they are not in custody yet. It started when a 29-year-old was walking through the parking lot when he heard arguing and then shots being fired, then felt pain in his back.
