LEARN TO SHOOT — LEARN TO RE-HOLSTER YOUR GUN SAFELY

If you shoot a hammer-fired gun, you must always do one of two things before re-holstering when it is loaded. You must either move the external safety to the “safe” position, or operate the de-cocking lever to lower the hammer. You need to do this every time you holster your gun. Here’s the reason WHY you need to do this. After shooting a hammer-fired gun, the hammer is cocked, the safety is off, and it has a very light trigger pull.

In this video:
— We’ll help you learn how to safely re-holster your loaded hammer-fired gun.
— This type of gun has a very light trigger pull when the hammer is cocked and the safety is off.
