Ludwig Bamberger looks to be Germany's central bank villain version of the US's Federal Reserve villain Warburg. Bamberger was not only a marxist revolutionary who took part in the 1848 revolutions but then became a banker and was central to the creation of the private Reichsbank and fought against the nationalization of it!
