Police Officer Helps Woman Get Back Home After Her Wheelchair Loses Power

A woman with only one leg in Cincinnati, OH, had trouble when her electric wheelchair lost power, leaving her stranded on a road, but a police officer stepped in to take both her and her wheelchair back to her home.
