Thinking outside the box for my business

I never have thought like other people when it comes to running a business. When I did tree service work for 30 years, I was always the one that understood that when the economy goes bad, prices don't need to go up they need to come down, so people can afford to have things done that they need done. I am thinking along those same lines with this business. Prices need to come down right now and I need to make that up in volume not raising my prices hoping for only people that can afford my services.
