1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Rub well with spices.
Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut 2-3 onions.
Place the onion on a baking sheet.
Place the fish on the onion.
Cover with damp baking paper and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
6-7 medium potatoes.
Fill with water and rinse well.
Dry well with a paper towel.
Add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt and a pinch of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika.
5 tablespoons flour.
Mix well.
Remove the parchment and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil over medium/high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Chop 1 onion.
2 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, a pinch of black pepper.
Mix well.
Turn over and fry over low heat for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
