Biden discussed TikTok in call with China's Xi

TikTok and its ownership came up in a phone call between US President Joe Biden and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on Tuesday (April 2), the White House National Security spokesperson John Kirby said, adding that Biden raised American concerns about the app's ownership.
